		<content type="html">Karen, I don't think they have much&amp;nbsp;taste&amp;nbsp;&amp;amp; seem to take on the food you mix them into.... never even&amp;nbsp;tasted&amp;nbsp;them in the oatmeal &amp;amp; tasted more like the blueberries than anything else... they could work in a lot &amp;amp; if you don't like the seeds, you can get it ground.</content>
